The hoop earrings are absolutely beautiful but they were listed on Etsy's "clipped earrings" site. I do not have pierced ears. I contacted the Seller so as not to bother Etsy Customer Support and told them that I had been duped because these pierced earrings were posted on the clipped earrings site. I did not notice they were pierced until I received them. The Seller said she would send me a replacement which would be "clip on". I returned the pierced earrings on November 21, paid $5.40 via USPS, and have received nothing in return. It is now December 7. I notified Etsy Support 3x about this matter, even copying and pasting all the communication between me & the Seller from November 18 to present. All Etsy could say to me was "did I contact the Seller" . So now I am out of money and everyone is playing a game. Do not buy.
