Unfortunately I have received this item damaged twice now. The first time I received the item with 2 of the gems damaged and had fallen completely off the earrings. I was sent a return label and sent a new item but this time with one extra gem that didn't belong to this item and the biggest gem on the earrings had also fallen completely off. This happened while my loved one was opening her gift on Christmas! This was very embarrassing and disappointing. I have now reached out to get my money back but was told by the seller I can not be provided a return label and I will have to pay out of pocket to return this damaged item if I want my money back Prior to this the seller asked me to SUPER GLUE the gem back on and accept 7$ store credit. This has been a horrible experience and very unprofessional.

These earrings are as pictured. However the reason for a low review is because the earrings kept falling off. They were for my daughter, I even tried the clip on earrings on and they kept falling off of my ears as well!
