I originally ordered a different necklace set from this same seller. It didn't match and I requested a refund. She said she was happy to refund the item or to help me find a different jewelry set to match my daughter's crown. I sent her a picture and she sent me options along with measurements and answered the multiple questions I had quickly and thoroughly. She even set it up for us to go half on expedited shipping. It literally got delivered 2 hours before we left for the photoshoot and the jewelry was a perfect match, size, and so beautiful! Very happy with the item and super happy with the seller. Thanks!
I have purchased so many things from Desert Rose! The workmanship is superb, the seller is a joy to work with - she can do anything that you need and she is really able to visualize what you might have in your head. I go back to her time after time to help me with jewels for dance competitions. The prices are terrific and she does exactly what she says she's going to do when she says she's going to do it. I will continue to work with this artist because she is one of the best I've seen!
great earrings! i have an allergy to anything that isn't real gold or silver in my ears and the shop was able to replace the top part of the earring to be real silver for a small extra fee and my ears were totally fine. i thought they were too heavy at first but i quickly got used to them and was able to dance and jump all night. they're so cute, thanks!
I ordered some custom made earrings, and they made exactly as described. Unfortunately on delivery one of the earrings had broke in transit, but the issue was resolved promptly and I had a brand new arrive within the week. These are my wedding earrings so very special. Thank you again xx
