These have stayed in the box since receiving them and I tried to try them on yesterday to find another 2 gems missing. Also, the plastic backing holding it on the ear fell apart immediately on the other and I had to catch the earring before it hit the floor. I have already purchased new backings and will need go try and find new gems, as well. If I would have needed to walk out the door for my wedding the week I would have received them, they would not have been ready or reliable. Luckily, I have until September to fix them myself. These would have been perfect, otherwise, and I'm sad to say this experience was less than ideal.
