Bought these for my niece for homecoming. She absolutely loved them! She has thin earlobes so they did make her earlobes droopy. She just put a special backing and they were fine (no more drooping). So yes these are heavy earrings but can be worn comfortably with a special backing. These are also more beautiful in person! I bought these last minute but I reached out to the seller and she was able to do rush shipping. She was very nice and helpful. I would recommend these for a special event. Loved them!
