The item, while very pretty and great quality, was smaller than advertised (about half an inch). The seller was quick to respond when I messaged her and offered to remake the earrings for me. I would have to pay to ship them back though and run the risk of them not arriving in time for my wedding, so I kept them as is. Very appreciative that the seller tried to remedy the situation, however in this case, since the item was not as advertised, it would have been nice to either not have to pay to ship them back or to receive a partial refund.
